Doggie's noodles named after the shape thick and short which similar to a dog's tail. They are usually served with a thick soup and toppings such as pork lard. Unlike the silver pin noodle, which is made from rice milk and has a transparent appearance, doggie's noodles are mainly made of rice flour and wheat starch. The cooked noodles have a beige colour and a firmer texture.
